Sure, eating healthy is part of the equation but achieving and maintaining wellness is also about your lifestyle, behaviors, and relationship with food. If you're looking for a cookie cutter approach to wellness, you won't find that with me. Instead, I'm here to be your coach, cheerleader, and accountability partner...in person, on the phone, or via video conferencing.
I work with clients from all walks of life. Together, we’ll dive into any and all issues that may impact your health, taking a holistic approach to your wellness. My primary goal is to educate and empower you to make sustainable and maintainable changes. We will examine your current dietary pattern, but also your lifestyle, stressors and relationship with food. My nutrition philosophy is primarily rooted in whole foods but I don’t believe that you need to eat 100% ‘clean’ to be healthy. Every food can fit into your life- but some might fit in different kinds of ways.
